- Messages sent from the Cosy bot do not accept free-text replies.
- Messages sent from you or a team member can be replied to normally.
- Cosy does not track employee tasks, approvals or compliance documents.

Cosy starts the chosen onboarding sequence when a new community member joins your Slack workspace. Each message can be sent immediately or delayed by minutes, hours or months.
Who can Cosy onboarding messages come from?
You can configure messages to come from you, another team member or the Cosy bot.
Can new members reply to Cosy onboarding messages?
Members can reply normally when a message is sent from you or a team member. Messages sent from the Cosy bot do not accept free-text replies.
Does Cosy invite people to Slack or replace HR onboarding software?
